I have traveled in a number of countries from China to Brasil, Canada to India, but my greatest experience was in Japan, in 2011, where I spent 12 days right after the tsunami.
Since then, I have become a food columnist at L'Opinion, a daily Frenchh newspaper and website. I now share my thoughts and discoveries with as many people as I can.
